Booking terms

  1. Informed consent

By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our informed consent policy, which outlines the terms under which we provide medical treatments. You are also advised to review the before & after care guidelines provided on our website or by our staff prior to your treatment to ensure optimal results and safety.

  1. Appointment scheduling and confirmation

Appointments can be scheduled exclusively via our website. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

  1. Cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policy

To maintain the quality of our services and ensure that all patients have access to timely appointments, Cuveele's Clinic has the following cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policy:

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This can be done via the link provided in the confirmation email of your appointment, or by calling, emailing, or sending a message.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment, or failure to show up for your appointment (no-show), will incur a fee of €50. This fee compensates for the time and resources reserved for your appointment and will be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced directly.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the inability to receive the scheduled consultation or treatment. A fee of €50 will be charged to cover the time and resources reserved, unless a treatment is carried out, in which case the full treatment price will apply.

  1. Check-up appointments

Following certain treatments, Cuveele's Clinic may schedule a complimentary check-up appointment to assess your progress and ensure the treatment's effectiveness. During this check-up, it remains the discretion of Cuveele's Clinic to determine if any additional treatments are necessary. If additional treatments are required due to a medical error or issue related to the original treatment, these will be provided free of charge. However, if further treatments are requested for aesthetic refinement or unrelated to the original procedure, additional costs may apply. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

  1. Payment methods

At Cuveele's Clinic, we accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can pay with cash in euros, debit cards (V-Pay, Maestro, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard), and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Please ensure you have one of these payment methods ready during your appointment.

  1. Gift cards

Gift cards are a convenient option for our clients at Cuveele's Clinic, allowing for flexible gifting of our aesthetic services. Below are the terms and conditions governing the use of gift cards:

  • Usage: Gift cards may be used for services at Cuveele's Clinic only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be used.

  • Unique code: Each gift card contains a unique code that must be presented for use. Please ensure this code is provided at the time of booking or upon arrival at the clinic.

  • Digital and paper versions: A digital version of the gift card, which includes a unique code, will be sent by email upon online purchase and is valid for use. Physical gift cards, which also include a unique code, can be purchased at the practice and are sent by postal mail after online purchase.

  • Price difference: If the price of the chosen treatment exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be paid using other payment methods accepted by the clinic. If the treatment price is less than the gift card value, no cashback will be provided.

  • Non-transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they were issued.

  • Lost or stolen cards: Cuveele's Clinic is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to safeguard their gift card.

  • Return policy: Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Prohibition of falsification: It is strictly prohibited to falsify gift cards in any manner. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the card and potential legal action.

  • Modification or cancellation: Cuveele's Clinic reserves the right to modify or cancel gift card terms at any time, provided such changes do not affect existing gift cards.

  1. Liability and damages

At Cuveele's Clinic, we take all necessary precautions to ensure that treatments are performed safely and in accordance with medical best practices. Our medical professionals — employed directly by Cuveele's Clinic or self-employed individuals working under contract — under the supervision of Dr. Louise Cuveele, are trained and experienced in aesthetic treatments, and every effort is made to ensure a safe and satisfactory experience for each patient. However, aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, and patients are required to acknowledge these risks as outlined in the informed consent before proceeding.

Cuveele's Clinic holds professional medical liability insurance, which covers patients in the event of injury or complications directly caused by the treatment. This coverage applies strictly to cases where negligence on the part of the clinic or its staff is proven.

Patients are responsible for any damage they cause to clinic property, materials, or equipment. This includes physical damage as well as verbal or physical abuse towards staff. Cuveele's Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any patient who exhibits inappropriate or abusive behavior and to seek compensation for any damages.

  1. Confidentiality and data protection

All staff at Cuveele's Clinic, including both direct employees and self-employed individuals working under contract, are bound by professional confidentiality. Your personal and medical information will be treated with the highest level of discretion. In accordance with GDPR, all data collected during the booking process and treatment is protected, and only authorized personnel have access to it (cf. privacy policy). Staff may respond to phone calls and messages (including emails, SMS, and social media) while maintaining confidentiality.

Cuveele's Clinic may take before and after pictures as part of your treatment plan to objectively compare results. These images are crucial for tracking progress and ensuring effective treatment outcomes. All photos are treated with strict confidentiality and securely stored in your medical record, accessible only to authorized personnel. If Cuveele's Clinic wishes to use these pictures for marketing purposes, such as on social media or our website, your explicit consent will always be requested. Without your permission, no images will be shared publicly.
